  • What is included?
    Weekly local, fresh and cultivated floral bouquets created and hand wrapped. Upon receiving your first bouquet a free vase will be included. For the following weekly bouquet pick up, please make sure to bring either your vase or a container filled with fresh water to pick up your bouquet. After purchase of a subscription, a welcome email will be sent with details about pick up and cut flower care.
  • Can I purchase as a gift?
    Absolutely, this is a perfect way to share happiness as a gift to a friend or loved one. Please give contact information of who will be receiving bouquet subscription as a gift in designated area when purchasing the subscription.
  • When do I start picking up my subscription?
    Dates are based upon the subscription purchased. First bouquet subscription pick up start date is Tuesday, August 8. Final subscription pick up date will be Tuesday, September 26th. A welcome email will be sent after subscription purchase with details about pick up and cut flower care.
  • Where do I pick up my subscription?
    Pick up of CSA bouquet subscription are local pick up only at a Bargersville, IN location. After purchase of subscription, a detailed email with pick up instructions will be sent to the email provided during the check out process.
  • How do I take care of my cut flowers?
    A welcome email will be sent after subscription purchase with details on how to care for cut flowers. Additionally, each bouquet will have a small insert with care details.
  • What happens if I am unable to pick up my flowers?
    With advance notice (preferably 48 hours) there are some options: · You can double up bouquets in a week or roll over one additional week · You can gift them to loved one or friend, please give their name and contact information · I will happily donate them to a local business
  • What happen if I forget to pick up my flowers?
    I get it, life can be crazy at times and things can be forgotten! We are only human after all. The first time I can replace them by adding a week to your subscription or get your missed bouquet to you within one business day depending on your schedule.
  • Something happened to my flowers and they died prematurely, what do I do?
    Flowers can be high maintenance at times, let’s figure it out together! Contact me within 24 hours with a photo and I can help solve the issue. I will replace them complimentary the first time, after that we will need to talk about how we can better tackle cut flower care at your home. Water is most likely the culprit in this situation and don’t worry, we will get to the bottom of the issue.
  • Can I cancel/refund my subscription?
    I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Unfortunately, subscription cannot be refunded or returned. You can absolutely transfer the subscription to a friend or loved one or donate the remainder of your share. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me as we can figure out the best action to take in your special situation.
