By purchasing a SH Stems CSA Bouquet Subscription, either for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CSA subscriptions are non-refundable. SH Stems will communicate important information via email and you will ensure the email provided is checked for updates accordingly. If you are unable to pick up your delivery, please contact SH Stems within 48 hours prior so other arrangements can be made. Once flowers are delivered, SH Stems is no longer responsible for their care. If you not satisfied with your bouquet, please notify SH Stems within 24 hours as solution can be found. SH Stems cannot control weather or Acts of God. If crop is lost or SH Stems unable to fulfill your order, a credit will be applied for future use of SH Stems CSA subscriptions. All sales are final.
